At Davizi Jewels, we pride ourselves on offering our customers premium quality merchandise. We are confident that the jewelry you will receive will surpass your expectations. We firmly believe in offering premium quality to our customers and your satisfaction is our number one priority. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return the item unused within 30 days of your purchase in their original packaging with the purchase receipt and we will give you a full refund.

Kindly note that refunds do not include handling and shipping charges. Orders that are used or not in the original condition will not be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: Any item that was altered in any way before it was shipped is a Special Order All special or custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable
